Miami is my home and because I’ve lived here all my life, I have seen the changes that have transformed this sleepy city into a major international destination for fun and excitement. I have been involved in tourism and hospitality since the 1980s and have organized and led countless domestic and international groups. Locally, I’ve been a tour guide since 1988 and have hosted tens of thousands of guests on my tours. My style of hosting is light, fun and immersive while sharing my knowledge of the area and its culture. When not hosting groups, I’m a landscape photographer and photography instructor. I’m vegan, owner of 3 purebred cats, and still have most of my hair.
I was born and raised in the heart of central Cuba where I learned to appreciate the rich culture and traditions of my homeland. I have been involved in the tourism industry since graduating as a classical flautist and vocalist from the Music Conservatory of Cuba. Interacting with people from all over the world, I was enriched learning from everyone and spreading joy wherever I could. In the last 5 years, I’ve been in Miami and finding joy in the urban nuances and natural beauty of this city. When I'm not giving tours, I continue to work as a music teacher and perform live concerts throughout the city. In my free time, one of my favorite activities is heading to the ocean to soak up the sun. The art of living well is my passion and I feel fortunate in enjoying these activities in Miami.

Born and raised in San Diego, CA, but with deep family roots in Miami, I’ve always felt connected to the city’s rich culture. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Global Studies with a focus on the Americas, specializing in societies and cultures. Passionate about languages, I speak Spanish, English, Haitian Creole, and many others, which helps me connect with people from all walks of life. Now, as a tour guide in the Magic City, I love sharing the history, flavors, and rhythms that make this place so special. Fun fact— I have a twin brother!

I'm a Miami native who loves sharing the vibrant culture of my city as a tour guide. When I'm not guiding visitors through the streets of Little Havana, I’m teaching young adults with disabilities employability and life skills, with a Master’s in Teaching Students with Disabilities from Notre Dame of Maryland University. I’m passionate about travel and long-distance running, constantly seeking new adventures both on the road and in life. Living in Little Havana gives me an intimate knowledge of the area, which I enjoy sharing with others.
