So Glad That We Took This Tour

"My wife and I did a Little Havana walking tour with Orlando (who also owns the tour company). We ended up getting a private tour because no one else was signed up. Meanwhile, we saw other tour groups from other companies giving tours to groups of 12-15 using microphones. I much prefer a smaller group because when other tour groups passed us, I noticed that even with a microphone, it was hard to hear the other guides because the tours are given along a busy street with lots of cars and people passing by." 10/30/23

This Tour Will Resonate With Me My Entire Life, Thank You Noel

"We just spent yesterday (09/30/23) with Noel and he was fantastic! Our trip was on a Saturday morning at 11am, and he kept our group at 4 people (My husband and I along with a mother and her adult daughter). This was a huge difference because we seen a few tour guides with microphones walking around with 10-15 people shouting, and even tour buses. So, having just us 4 with Noel was like taking a walk with a close friend who is sharing his city and having a conversation about the culture, history, and beauty of the Cuban world.
Noel himself was born in Cuba, but moved here when he was younger, he has a genuine love for his job, and for his community. We met a few locals, and he gave so many stories of people who grew up right from Little Havana. He also talked about the historical aspects of Cuban history all the way from before Columbus through the revolution, the Bay of Pigs, Fidel Castro, the current political climate there, and how the country presently functions. He is extremely knowledgeable, and he doesn’t hold anything back, and we didn’t want him to. Politics, Religion, even down to hot button subjects here in America we were able to talk about and he had no problem with it. (He did give the warning in the beginning that he will not dance around issues). The best thing was it was all laid back and friendly no matter what the subject, there was never hostility, just joy because he was able to speak about his passion.
I would recommend this tour to anyone considering any tour in the area. I would take it again myself if I was to bring any of my other friends or family back to the area." 10/1/23
